On the afternoon of April 20th, the company held a seminar in the multi-functional hall on the third floor of the chemical construction building, to publicize and implement the medium and long-term development strategy of “three-year five-year plan, decade and 30 years vision and goals”, of the group company and discuss the medium and long-term development strategy of the company. The director of the department, the manager of the business division and above, the manager of the unit at the industrial level, the secretary and the relevant personnel of strategic management. The meeting was presided over by Shi Jianming, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager of the company.

At the meeting, zhou Zhijian, deputy general manager of the company, systematically interpreted the medium and long-term development strategy of the company’s “ten billion enterprise”, “three-year five-year plan” and “ten-year and 30-year vision and goal”, and explained the company’s strategic objectives, strategic measures and business direction.

Participants discussed the company’s medium and long-term strategy, exchanged and discussed the strategic measures, implementation path and some advanced practices in production and operation, and put forward suggestions and opinions on the company’s medium and long-term development strategy and strategic management.

Zhang Chuanyu, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the company, reviewed the companys development process and strategy formation process together with everyone, analyzed the internal and external environment the company was facing in detail, and pointed out that the company must be stronger, better and bigger, must vigorously integrate social resources and innovate mechanism and system. Combined with the suggestions and opinions put forward by the strategy discussion, Mr. Zhang pointed out that the whole company should clarify the strategy path, emancipate the mind, form a consensus and have the courage to take responsibility. To clear the business objectives, large customers, attention to the establishment of long-term management mechanism, to be down-to-earth to do the current work well, from the height of the companys brand building good faith system construction. We should combine the reform of mixed ownership to build professional teams in energy substitution and water treatment. It is necessary to strengthen political construction, build a team of loyal and responsible cadres, and provide organizational guarantee for the companys high-quality leapfrog development.
